<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is therefore recommended that fresh 'consent to operate' under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for production of Pet Preform @ 14580 MT/Year be granted to the industry upto 31/12/2032 with special conditions as proposed by AEE alongwith additional conditions as under:</p>
