The stack emission sample last collected by NABL lab on 31/01/2023 has qualified the permissible limits of SPM. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: 10.0pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-family: 'Tahoma',sans-serif; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;">In view of facts mentioned above and recommendation given by AEE, it is recommended that the validity of consent granted under the Air Act, 1981 be renewed upto 31/12/2023 with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by AEE in his note.</span></p>
