The industry has installed total 09 cabinet machines (06 of 60 Kg, 01 of 240 kg, 01 120 kg & 01 of 30 kg) inside its premises, out of which 04 cabinet of 60 kgs each & 01 cabinet of 120 kg is already sealed by the Board. The detail of the same is again attached herewith for kind perusal.</span></p>

The industry has provided 01 no. submersible pump at site. However, directions in this regard have already been given to the SPV by the Competent Authority of the Board. The industry has only installed EMF meter at final outlet of leading to conveyance system of CETP, which is further connected with the SCADA system of SPV.</span></p>

<p style="margin-left: .5in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif';">There is no MCL sewer line exist near this unit. The industry is discharging their effluent into the conveyance system of CETP 50 MLD only. Further matter regarding disconnection of sewer connection with the MCL has already been taken up by this office if any available with this cluster. </span></p>
