CTE/Fresh/LDH1/2022/19286970 dated 16.07.2022 valid up to 15.07.2023.</span></p>
<p class="tableparagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">Now the rice sheller has applied for fresh 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="tableparagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry has filled online application form, uploaded CA certificate, site plan location plan, feasibility report, manufacturing process,<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Partnership deed, Copy of Drawing of APCD, Approved building plan.</span></p>
<p class="tableparagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The industry has deposited Rs. 50400/- vide online R no. 372746961 dated 30.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974, Rs. 50400/- vide online R no. 372746961 dated 30.03.2023 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>under Air Act, 1981, which is adequate upto 30.09.2028.</span></p>
<p class="tableparagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">The rice sheller was visited by the AEE of this office on 03.04.2023 and was found not in operation due to due to off season. 2. The Rice Sheller has installed one electric shelling & one dryer with cyclone separator as APCD, which is further attached to stack of adequate height. 3. There is no source of trade effluent & only domestic effluent @ 1.5 KLD is being discharge onto land for plantation after septic tank. 4. The rice sheller has submitted analysis report NABL approved lab , as per report the results are within the limits. 5. The Rice Sheller is complying with the NOC conditions granted to it under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.</span></p>
<p class="tableparagraph" style="margin-right: .45pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 53.0pt; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: #5d5d5d;">In view of above, it is recommended that 'Consent to Operate' under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the Rice Sheller upto 30.09.2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board with special condition that the Sheller will submit analysis report of stack emission sample from Board's Lab as & when it comes into operation.</span></p>
