Respected Sir, it is to inform you that we are not installing extruder in our premises and spray painting process is also not being carried out. Further, as per our process, we are covered under green category under head 3068- Injection molding of plastic{ only from fresh(virgin) plastic granules and only small scale industry and installing grinder, mixer and cutter in our premises. Further, we are already enclosed the manufacturing process chart in the application and again enclosed for your ready reference. We are also enclosed the distance certificate from Tehsidar w.r.t parameters Municipal limit, village lal lakir/phirni and residential area. We are already applied for site suitability certificate from DTP and will submit the same within 2-3 days in your office. As per our green category, we are submitted adequate consent fee upto 30.09.2027 and in the CA certificate, the fixed asset of the industry is as on 07.12.2022. There is no requirement of feasibility report as no air pollution device has been insalled in our industry...........Further, there is no source of trade effluent. Only domestic effluent is being generated which is discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank......... It is requested to kindly process our applications and grant consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 under green category as the industry falls under green category. |
