<p>The details of the case has been mentioned in the note of Aee which may kindly be perused.The process of the industry is covered under green category and the industry is required to obtain ToR on or before 19/7/2023 as per Moef notification as detailed in the note of Aee which may be perused. In view of facts mentioned above and recommendation given by Ro if approved consent to operate under water Act 1974 may be granted to the industry up 19/7/2023 with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by R0 please.
