As reported by Ro the process of the industry is covered under green category and the industry is required to obtain ToR from Moef as detailed in the note of Aee in his note. In view of facts mentioned above and recommendation given by Ro if approved consent to operate under Air Act 1981may be granted to the industry up to 19/7/2023 with suitable conditions and special condition as proposed by R0 please.
