No. 969716207 dated 31.03.2023 under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Rs. 79600/- vide R. No. 284157692 dated 31.03.2023 under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has submitted Udyog Registration Certificate as a proof of date of commissioning which mentioned date of commencement 01.01.1988. The fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 18.12.2028 under both acts, after adjusting late fee / penalty against the total cost of the industry Rs. 75.98 lacs as per CA certificate submitted by the industry and giving benefit of VDS scheme issued by Board.</span></p>
