<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 31/03/2028, subject to suitable conditions.</span></p> |
