CTOA/Fresh/SAS/2022/19214386 dated 11/08/2022 valid upto 31/03/2023 for production of Biscuits and other Bakery Products @ 1.5 MT/day by using Refined Wheat Flour @ 1.5 Metric Tonnes/Day as raw material, subject to certain conditions as mentioned therein.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Now, the industry has applied for renewal of Consent to Operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, with same production capacity.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">The project proponent has submitted CA Certificate, which showing increase in its fixed assets from Rs. 79.35 lakh on 31.08.2022 to Rs. 80.80 lakh as on 31/01/2023 due to maintenance work, but the fees slab is remain same. As per the record, earlier fee deposited by the industry is valid till 12.10.2023 under both the Acts. The industry has submitted additional fees Rs. 5600/- vide R. No. 38674950 dated 03.04.2023 under Air Act, 1981 which is now adequate upto 12/10/2024.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: 1.0in; line-height: 150%; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">In view of above, it is recommended that the Consent to Operate under the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be renewed upto 30.09.2024, subject to special condition:</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">1) The industry will not use any single use plastic item which are part of the ban enforced by MoEFCC vide notification no. GSR 571(E) dated 12.08.2021 and amendements issued by MoEFCC thereafter.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: 1.0in; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; text-indent: -.25in; background: white;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">3) The industry will obtain registration under PWM Rules, 2016 through CPCB centralized portal within 3 months.</span></p>
