Consent fee deposited by the industry is adequate upto 31.03.2032 under the Water Act, 1974 and upto 31.03.2033 under the Air Act, 1981. The industry has submitted declaration stating that the unit will be commenced on 1st April 2023 and the industry has not started production activities so far. The industry has submitted C.A. certificate dated 28.02.2023 showing gross fixed assets value of Rs. 149.37 lacs</span></p>
