<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">Sh. Bawinder Singh, Proprietor of the industry attended the hearing and submitted that the entire plant and machinery has been installed in industrial zone.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">After hearing, it was decided as under:-</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -21.0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; margin: 0in 0in 0in 22.5pt;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: black;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The industry shall re-apply for obtaining consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 with certificate from District Town Planner that it has installed its unit in Industrial Zone only, within 15 days.</span></p>

<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The industry has now submitted DTP letter no. 789 dated 28.3.2023</span>. From the letter dated 28.3.2023 of DTP, it is not clear whether the plant and machinery has been installed in industrial zone of the plot of the industry or in mix land use.</p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black; background: white;">The application is lying pending since long.</span></p>
