<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The applications have been applied for obtaining extension in the validity of consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">The industry was visited by the officer of the Board on 28.03.2023 and no violation reported under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: black;">In view of above, if approved, consents to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 may be further extended for a period upto 31.03.2026 for Storage of petroleum products Class A @ 26,120.80 KL & Class B @ 45,851.30 KL.</span></p>
