<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">2.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent was contacted regarding the same and he has informed that after the receiving of revised EC, they have included all the cost incurred on the project till date and the proposed cost to be incurred during finishing of project in the submitted CA certificate. As such the cost of the proposed project has already been included, therefore fresh CA certificate is not required.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">3.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->At present about 12 no. flats have been occupied and the industry has been maintaining solid waste and hazardous waste as per provisions of the SWM Rules, 2016 and Hazardous and Other Waste (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 and as per the provisions/directions mentioned in the Environment Clearance granted.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">4.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->The project proponent was contacted regarding the same and he has informed that NOC for ground water extraction granted by CGWA has been expired and they have applied for fresh NOC for ground water extraction to the PWRDA.</p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">5.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]-->Copy of EC granted to the industry attached herewith please.</p>
