<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">•<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has provided conical pipe of length 3 feet having diameter varied from 10 Inches to 12 Inches at the mouth of the rice husk discharge pipe outside the processing shed.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">•<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has provided septic tank for treatment of domestic effluent with provision to discharge the same onto land for plantation.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Verdana; mso-bidi-font-family: Verdana;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">•<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has planted trees along its boundary wall. The industry has also provided plantation with new sapling along its boundary wall. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">The industry has submitted compliance of the special conditions imposed in the previous consent to operate. The industry has attached screenshot of DFSC portal, which concluded that the industry has production capacity @ 4 TPH. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.5in;"><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; background: white;">Further, the industry is complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 & the Air Act, 1981 and code of practice prescribed dated 15.10.2013.</span></p>
