On scrutinizing the application it has been observed that the unit has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981, which were valid up to 31/03/2023. The unit has uploaded a CA certificate having total cost of project Rs. 2460.00 Lacs dated 17/03/2022, which is more than year old. Further the unit has uploaded the effluent analysis report from a private lab namely Fare Labs Pvt. Ltd., M.G. Road, Gurugram, Haryana, which is not the approved lab of the Board.
It is therefore requested to submit the latest CA certificate and effluent analysis report issued by the Board or Board’s Approved Lab so as to further process the application. |
