<p style="text-align: justify;">Application applied for obtaining consent to establish/NOC for the establishment of hotel facility having 2 Banquet Halls of capacity 500 persons / function & 200 persons / function alongwith Rooms @ 40 No., 1 no. Bar and 1 no. Restaurant.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The land area of the project is 40 Kanals 10 Marlas (5.0625 acres) in the revenue estate of village Amargarh, Tehsil Goniana, Distt. Bathinda, the building plan of which is approved by CTP, Punjab vide his letter dated 07.01.2022.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The change of land use for setting up of the hotel in land area of 40 Kanals 10 Marlas (5.0625 acres) bearing khasra no. 658 min (19-8), 659/2/1 min (5-17), 660 (10-18), 661 (4-7) in the revenue estate of village Amargarh, Tehsil Goniana, Distt. Bathinda, has been issued by the Department of Town & Country Planning vide memo no. 40 dated 05.01.2021.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The land area of 40 Kanals 10 Marlas (5.0625 acres) is under partnership for establishment of the hotel under the name & style of Hotel The Grand Mirage w.e.f. 30.05.2019. The name of partners are Mr. Gaurav Chabra, Mr. Sumeer Chabra, Mr. Balwinder Chabra, Mr. Chirag Chabra & Mr. Mukal Chabra.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> The feasibility report has been submitted for installation of STP of capcity 60 KLD and the Regional Office has reported that the treated wastewater shall be utilized in the reserved area for plantation near the boundary wall and in the green area to be developed in the premises, which is more than 1.5 acres.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> Further, it has reported that undertaking has been submitted by the project proponents that compost pits will be provided for the wet solid waste and the dry waste will be lifted by the Kabadiwala. 3 no. DG sets of capacities 250, 400 & 200 KVA proposed with canopy and adequate stack height.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"> In view of above, if approved, Consent to establish/NOC may be granted to the project proponent for the establishment of hotel facility having 2 Banquet Halls of capacity 500 persons / function & 200 persons / function alongwith Rooms @ 40 No., 1 no. Bar and 1 no. Restaurant, with following special conditions:-</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->1. <!--[endif]-->The consent to establish is hereby granted to the project proponent for establishment of a hotel in a land area of 40 Kanals 10 Marlas (5.0625 acres) bearing khasra no. 658 min (19-8), 659/2/1 min (5-17), 660 (10-18), 661 (4-7) in the revenue estate of village Amargarh, Tehsil Goniana, Distt. Bathinda.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->2. <!--[endif]-->The hotel will ensure compliance w.r.t. the guidelines issued for control of pollution and enforcement of environmental norms at Individual Establishments and the Area/Cluster of Restaurants/ Hotels/Motels/ Banquets issued vide Board’s office order no SEE(HQ-2)2021/64 dt. 02.02.2021.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->3. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall not throw, burn or burry any solid wastes in open, outside premises or in drain / water bodies.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->4. <!--[endif]-->The hotel shall ensure that there are no usages of single use plastic- thermocol disposable items such as water bottles / water pouches/water cups, plates, forks, spoons, straw etc. and single use decorating material made of plastic-thermocal or any other non-biodegradable material in the premises.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->5. <!--[endif]-->This consent to establish is issued from pollution angle and the project proponent shall obtain the statutory clearances / permissions from the other concerned departments, as required.</p>
