The consent fee under Air Act, 1981 is valid upto 31.03.2027. </span></p>
<p class="Default" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; mso-bidi-font-family: Raavi; mso-bidi-theme-font: minor-bidi; color: windowtext; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 31.03.2027, with the special condition that stack emission samples shall be collected within 30 days.</span></p>
