The additional land area is adjacent to the existing site of the industry. </span></em></p>

Dust emission points were connected to the APCDs. It has also provided provisions to facilitate emission sampling. However, samples were not collected during the visit as the sampling team was not available during the visit.</span></em></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 58.5pt;">As such, the industry was found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 as well as code of practice dated 15.10.2013.</p>
