<p>The earlier application of the industry was found incomplete and returned with certain observations as under:-</p>

<p>3. The total cost of unit is mentioned as 71.43 lacs. However, CA certificate is submitted for value of Rs. 1.29 crore. Further, this value is not mentioned as un-depreciated.</p>

<p> 4. The appropriate category of the industry is not mentioned. 5. Power load with the unit is not mentioned.</p>

<p>6. Power load with the STP is not mentioned.</p>

<p>7. The D.G set of 125 KVA is mentioned. However, no ‘consent to operate’ was granted for D.G Set.</p>
