The industry is engaged in Cycle Rim. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted first electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning of the industry, as per which the industry is commissioned in year May, 2014. The industry has deposited Rs. 26400/- vide UTR no. N287222163437254 dated 14.10.2022 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 28600/- vide UTR no. N287222163466052 dated 14.10.2022 (Rs. 26400/- (air) & Rs. 2200/- as NOC regularization fees against the fixed assets of Rs. 11.78/- Lacs which is adequate upto 30.6.2027 under VDS scheme.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 04.04.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: normal; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt .75in;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: Tahoma; color: red;"><span style="mso-list: Ignore;">1.<span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was in operation during visit and engaged in process of the electroplating of cycle and auto parts on job basis. The industry has informed that earlier it was carrying out only non-polluting work in its premises and has recently installed a new bright plant.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may be granted upto 30.06.2027 with usual conditions.</span></p> |
