<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>It is submitted that earlier, the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 was granted to the Toll Plaza vide online reference No. CTOW/Fresh/PKT/2018/8209291 & CTOA/Fresh/PKT/2018/8209028 dated 07/09/2018, which was valid upto 31/12/2022 under Green Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now, the Toll Plaza has applied for obtaining renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 under Green Category.</span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has deposited Rs. 32,000/- each vide UTR No. IBKL230119341665 & IBKL230119341666 dated 19/01/2023 as consent to operate fee under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and same is valid upto 31/12/2027 against total gross value of fixed assets worth Rs. 1,06,82,295/- as on 31/12/2022 including form downloading fee. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 150%;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-weight: normal; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry falls under green category and competency to decide the case lies with Environmental Engineer, Regional Office.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As per policy of the Board and in the light of Head Office Order No. 59 dated 02/02/2016, the consent cases of Orange/Green Category units are to be processed without visiting them.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></p>
