CTE/Fresh/FZR/2022/20081751 dated 11.10.2022, expired on 10.10.2023 for manufacturing of Fortified Rice @ 9.6 T/day by using Rice Broken, Minerals & Vitamin @ 9.6 T/day as raw material under green category under category code 3999- Miscellaneous (Green) in the revenue area of VPO Haraj, Tehsil Talwandi Bhai & District Ferozepur bearing khasra nos. 86//2/1(1-0) & 9/1/1(1-0), with certain conditions mentioned therein. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: -.9pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> The industry has </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">deposited Rs. 32,000/- each vide </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">UTR/Ref. No. <span class="txt4"> N058232346715634 </span>and <span class="txt4">N058232346694069 </span>dated 27/02/2023 as consent to operate fee </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981, respectively, which is adequate upto 31.12.2027 under each Act, against the fixed assets of Rs. </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">198.03 </span><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Lacs as on 28.02.2023 as per CA certificate dated 20.03.2023 submitted by it.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: -.9pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"> Accordingly, the site of the industry was visited by undersigned on 31.03.2023 and it was observed as under:-</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial MT','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Arial MT'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Arial MT';">1.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was not in operation and the site of the industry is located at village Haraj, Tehsil Talwandi Bhai & District Ferozepur. The industry has completed the construction activity at the site and installed machinery to manufacture fortified rice. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial MT','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Arial MT'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Arial MT';">2.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry is not generating any trade effluent from the process and only domestic effluent is being generated, same is being discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial MT','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Arial MT'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Arial MT';">3.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has planted trees along its boundary. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left: .25in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -.25in; line-height: 150%; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1;"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style="font-family: 'Arial MT','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Arial MT'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Arial MT';">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><!--[endif]--><span style="font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry has not installed any type of boiler / furnace / dryer in the premises. As such no fuel is being used in the process.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Keeping in view of above consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 31.12.2027 for manufacturing of Fortified rice for production of Fortified Rice @ 9.6 T/day by using Rice Broken, Minerals & Vitamin @ 9.6 T/day as raw material under green category with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
