<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">It is respectfully submitted that <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>there is increase in the production as well as an additional boiler has been installed by the industry. The detail of the same has been incorporated in the note dated 31.03.2023 while processing the application of varied consent to operate submitted by the industry. No record of the last sample of effluent and emission sample collected and its analysis report is available in the record please. May if approved, it is again recommended that the consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry up to 30/09/2027 with suitable terms and special condition that the industry shall submit the analysis report of effluent/emission within 01 months.</p> |
