<p>The industry is seasonal unit. It is proposed that <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;"> that renewal of consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry upto the adequaccy of consent fee for the production of White commercial sugar @ 125 TPD as main product and Bagasse @ 280 TPD, Molasses @ 50 TPD and Press Mud @ 36 TPD as by products using sugarcane @ 1250 TPD as raw material, with suitable conditions and additional condition that:</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">1. The industry shall develop adequate plantation area to contain treated effluent from process before the commissioning of the unit in cane crushing season 2023-24.</span></p>
<p><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">2. The industry shall maintain its ETP well </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif'; font-size: 16px; text-align: justify;">before the commissioning of the unit in cane crushing season 2023-24.</span></p> |
