The application was scrutinized and it was observed as under:
1. The unit is required to submit the feasibility report mentioning details of wastewater generation and its treatment/disposal arrangements.
2. The unit is required to deposit additional 01 year consent fee under the Water Act, 1974.
3. The unit is required to submit clear cut distance report from the Revenue Authority with distance from nearest village phirni/lal lakir and MC limit along with any residential colony.
As such, you are requested to kindly attend the aforementioned observations and submit the reply to this office within 03 day so that the application can be processed further. |
