<p><span style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">As per the building plan, the total green area in the project is 2764 sq.mtr and about 15 KLD of fresh water will be utilized for irrigation of green area within the project site and the rest of the domestic effluent will be discharged into sewer after treatment in STP.</span></p>
