The industry is engaged in manufacturing of Hinges. The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The industry has submitted GST certificate as proof of date of commissioning of the industry, as per which the industry is commissioned in year Feb, 2023. The industry has deposited Rs. 27540/- vide UTr No. N089232392703399 dated 30.03.2023 under Water Act, 1974 & Rs. 27540/- vide UTr No. N089232392704043 dated 30.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs 5400/- vide UTr No. N089232392697766 dated 30.03.2023 as NOC regularization fee against the fixed assets of Rs. 56.30/- Lacs which is adequate upto 30.09.2027</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The site of industry was visited by the AEE of this office on 04.04.2023 and it was observed as under :-</span></p>

The industry has not started the operation of electroplating process yet.</span></p>
