CTOW/Renewal/SAS/2023/20607424 dated 30/01/2023, which was refused and directed to apply a fresh consent to operate as required under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 after attending the above said observations/ shortcomings. The industry has also increase the agreement for disposal of untreated effluent to the CETP operator.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph; line-height: 150%; tab-stops: 53.65pt;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">Now, the industry has again applied for renewal consent to operate under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974.</span></p>
