The unit was complying with general siting guidelines at that time. Now, it has applied for regularization of expanded capacity. However, at present new guidelines has been framed for establishment of poultry farm by the CPCB. But, the poultry farm is not complying with the siting guidelines.</span> Regional Office has recommended for regularization of varied CTOs with expanded capacity in light of the legal opinion given in a similar case i.s M/s Alpine poultries, Vill. Kehri Musalmania, Tehsil & Distt. Patiala.</p>
