<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;">It is intimated that the industry was granted consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 vide no. </span><span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;">CTE/Ext/HSP/2022/18518425 dated 28.04.2022 which was extended up to 27.04.2023 on the request of the project proponent mentioning the reason that due to some financial problem, <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>they were unable to commission the unit with time. Now the project proponent has again applied for extension in consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for establishment of ply board industry with requisite documents and fee. The industry has deposited Rs. 8400/- vide UTR No. </span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: #E8F6F9;"><span style="font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;">N082232382802684</span><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;"> dated 23.03.2023 as NOC fee, which is adequate for one year as per policy of the Board. The industry has already submitted certificate issued by DTP, Hoshiarpur vide its Memo No. 53 dated 06.01.2016 regarding No Objection to setup a plywood unit in an area of 2.29 Acre in the Village Khurda, Garhdiwala, Tehsil Dasuya, Distt. Hoshiarpur. The industry has proposed to install 2 No. Hot Press, 02 No. Peeler, 03 No. Bandsaw, 01 No. DD Saw, 02 No. Sanding Machine, 01 No. Dryer as per their project report. The industry has also submitted a copy of the license issued by Forest Department to M/s S.K Plywood, Village Hussainpur, Near ITI, Tehsil and Distt Hoshiarpur and as per license, the proposed machinery to be shifted from Roopnagar to present location i.e. 01 no Hot press, 01 no core press, 01 no piller, 02 no Horizontal band saw, 01 no vertical band saw. The industry has proposed to install one no. Thermic Fluid Heater of capacity 100000 kcal/hr. with cyclone as APCD. As per proposed project, the trade effluent will be generated from the glue section and will be generated domestic effluent from its premises and has proposed to install STP of capacity 20 KLD against the generation of trade effluent @ 8 KLD and domestic effluent 7 KLD, which is principally adequate. The representative has uploaded request mentioning the reason that due to financial problem they were unable to commission the plant within time. </span></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; color: black; background: white;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>In view of above, if approved, it is recommended that consent to establish (NOC) under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 already granted to the project proponent may be extended for further one year with usual terms & conditions and with special condition that the industry shall not operate its unit without consent to operate of the Board.</span></p> |
