| Clarification Note: |
The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under:
1. The industry is required to submit clarification for submitting application for varied Consent to Operate, however, there seems no change in production capacity or modernization.
2. The industry has submitted CA certificate as on 23.11.2022, in which value of machinery is mentioned as Rs. 39.50 lakhs, whereas as per CA certificate dated 06.09.2017 the value of machinery was Rs. 52.89 lakhs. The industry is required to clarify the change in value of machinery.
3. The industry is required to submit compliance report of conditions granted to it in latest CTOs under Air Act, 1981.
The industry is requested to clarify the observations within 3 days to further process the application.
