<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for renewal of consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. The industry has deposited Rs. 54,000/- vide R.N. 55/5248 dated 01.07.2019, Rs. 43200/- vide R.N. P236210123985144 dated 24.08.2021, Rs. 10800/- vide R.N. 65/5484 dated 05.04.2023 and Rs. 32400/- vide R.N. 74/5484 dated 06.04.2023 under Water Act, 1974 and Rs. 54,000/- vide R.N. 54/5248 dated 01.07.2019, Rs. 43200/- vide R.N. P236210123981320 dated 24.08.2021, Rs. 12600/- (Including NOC fee) vide R.N. 64/5484 dated 05.04.2023 and Rs. 32400/- vide R.N. 75/5484 dated 06.04.2023 under Air Act, 1981 </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';">Rs. 3600/- vide R.N. 56/5248 dated 01.07.2019 as NOC fee which is adequate upto 30.06.2028</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';"><span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry was visited by officer of this office on 03.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in operation during visit. The Industry has installed 1 no. cupola furnace with wet cap as APCD. The industry has installed one shot blast machine with bag filter house as APCD. The industry has installed one D.G set of capacity 125 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. The industry has made agreement with M/s JBR Technologies Ltd, Ludhiana for lifting of its trade effluent @ 3000 ltr/month. The industry has provided storage tank of capacity approx. 3000 ltr. The industry is maintaining the record of lifting its trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged into sewer. The industry has already submitted approved building plan from Director of Factories, Punjab. </span></p>
<p class="MsoBodyText2" style="line-height: 115%;"><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; font-weight: normal;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Keeping</span><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';"> </span><span style="font-size: 13.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; font-weight: normal;">In view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with suitable conditions as per policy of the Board.</span></p> |
