The industry has applied for fresh consent to operate under Water (Prevention &<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>Control of Pollution) Act 1974 and Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 through OCMMS of the Board. The industry has deposited Rs. 80300/- (Including Rs. 8400/- as NOC fee and Rs. 500/- as application form fee) Vide UTR/No. 348509289 dated 27.03.2023 under Water Act 1974 and Rs. 75600/- Vide UTR/No. 663340719 dated 27.03.2023 under Air Act, 1981 which is adequate upto 30.06.2028.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>The industry has submitted electricity bill as proof of date of commissioning, according to which the industry is commissioned on 27.04.2021.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%; margin: .1pt 6.7pt .0001pt 46.0pt;"><span style="color: red;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span>The<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>industry was visited by officer of this office on 05.04.2023 and it was observed that the industry was in<span style="letter-spacing: .05pt;"> </span>operation. The industry has installed one wood fired boiler of capacity 800 Kgs/heat with water scrubber as APCD. The industry has installed one D.G set of capacity 50 KVA with canopy and attached to stack of adequate height. There is no source of generation of trade effluent. Domestic effluent is being discharged onto land for plantation after septic tank. The industry has submitted regularization certificate from JDA vide no. 724 dated 23.12.2020 for plot situated in an unauthorized colony for industrial purpose. The industry has submitted building plan approved from Director of Factories, Punjab.</p>
<p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-right: 7.1pt; text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 10.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Times New Roman','serif'; mso-hansi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span></span></strong>Keeping in view of above, it is recommended that consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 may be granted to the industry upto 30.06.2028 with usual conditions as per policy of the Board.
