<p class="MsoListParagraph" style="text-align: justify;">The industry was visited by the undersigned on 6/4/2023 the industry was found in operation and contacted Sh. Gurdial Singh representative of the unit. The industry has installed 3 no. heating furnace out of which only 1 was in operation and the other two furnaces were not in operation. The furnaces of 20 Ton was lying in redundant form and not connected to PNG and the representative of the industry informed that only one furnace of 7 Ton shall be used other furnace shall kept as stand by. The stack height capacity of the redundant heat treatment furnace , APCD (Water Scrubber) is not as per application. The industry has installed only 1 no. D.G set of 125 KVA and in the application it is mentioned that it has installed 2 no. D.G sets. The cooling water mentioned is 20 KLD which incorrect as there no water scrubber required and the power presses are operated on compressor. There are about 10-15 workers living in the residential quarters of the industry and 4-5 daily workers, but the industry has submitted that about 50 people are working in the industry. The representative of the industry requested to the return the application. In view of above mentioned facts, the application of the industry may be returned with a request to fill correct technical facts and resubmit the application.</p> |
