The application was scrutinized and observed that the value of fixed assets of the industry has increased from Rs. 3,18,39,986/- to Rs 3,74,69,131/- i.e total Rs. 56,29,145/- increase. But the industry has submitted list of machinery total Rs 46,06,534/- increase detail only. The industry has required to submit more detail of Rs. 10,22,611/- increase in fixed assets. The industry has also required to submit Rs. 5400/- as NOC regularization fee, Rs.1600 under Air Act, 1981 and Rs. 2100/- under water Act, 1974 as penalty for late application submission.
