BARBR23054794378 dated 23/02/2023 NOC fee against </span><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; background: white;">the project cost of Rs. 474.66, which is adequate <strong>for one year</strong>, as per Board's Office Order dated 29/10/2018. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted partnership deed as per which Sh. Manoj Kumar Aggarwal and Sh. Sameer Gupta are partners with effect on 24/12/2022. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The industry has submitted land registry details as per which Sh. Mohinder Singh S/o Sh. Amar Singh has given the land bearing khata no. 13/30 Khasra no. 238 etc. having area 6 bighas, 2 biswa, 15 biswai located in Vill Kumbh, Mandi Gobindgarh, Tehsil Amloh, Distt Fatehgarh Sahib to M/s HDS Pipe and Steel industries through Sh. Manoj Kumar Aggarwal.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span lang="EN-IN" style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';">The said site is located in Industrial Zone as per land use classification certificate issued by Distt Town Planner, Fatehgarh Sahib vide letter no. 1522 dated 23/12/2022. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The site as per location plan was visited by the undersigned on <strong>29/03/2023</strong> and it was observed that boundary wall of the unit has been constructed. They are agricultural fields surrounding the unit.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The Board vide letter no. 1955-57 dated 18/01/2023 has informed that department of Water Resources (RD and GR), Central Ground Water Authority, Ministry of Jal Shakti Govt. of India, New Delhi under Section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 has issued directions vide order dated 6/4/2022 that &ldquo;It shall be mandatory for the project proponent abstracting ground water to obtain No objection Certificate from Central Ground Water Authority or the concerned State/UT Ground Water Authority as the case may be in the compliance conditions in consent to operate and consent to establish issued by the State pollution control Board&rdquo;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The Board vide Head Office letter no. 768-97 dated 13/01/2021, decided as under:</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The Board shall continue to grant consent to establish/consent to operate to the industries with the advisory to obtain necessary clearance for abstraction of ground water from the Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA). However, aforesaid clearance shall not be insisted upon by the Board at the time of grant of CTE/CTO to the industries. The industry is located in industrial zone as per Master Plan of Mandi Gobindgarh (2010-2031). </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top: 12.0pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1.0in;"><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style','serif';
