<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">Kindly peruse the agenda note attached by AEE and clarification given thereof. In addition to note, it is submitted that the industry has got lifted 26 KL of effluent till 27/02/2023 (from December 2022), which seems to be in order. </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is therefore recommended that the industry be granted varied consent to operate under the Water Act, 1974 & Air Act, 1981 upto 30/06/2026 to the industry with suitable conditions and special conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</span></p>
