CTOW/Renewal/ASR/2018/7269493 and under Air (prevention & Control Act, 1981 vide no. CTOA/Renewal/ASR/2018/7227908 dated 10/05/2018, which are valid upto 31/03/2023 for dyeing of yarns and threads @ 2500 Mt/Year.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;"> </span>Now the industry has applied for obtaining NOC for expansion under the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 & Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. Details of the case are as under:-</span></p>

It has further proposed to install additional boiler of capacity 06 TPH to be operate on bio-fuel with multi cyclone followed by alkaline wetscrubber as APCD </span></p>

Analysis report is also attached by the industry.</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="mso-add-space: auto; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; margin: 0in 0in .0001pt 23.4pt;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">The industry is complying with conditions of consent granted earlier under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and has proposed to carry out expansion by including plot no. 29 in its existing premises and the pollution measures proposed by the industry are adequate. The expansion is being carried out in the designated industrial zone.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10.5pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">As <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>per MSME notification dated 26/06/2020, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipments does not exceed 50.0 Crore rupees and turn over does not exceed 250.0 Crore rupees, it is classified as Medium Enterprises, as the industry falls under Medium Enterprises.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: .5in; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">In view of above, it is recommended that NOC for expansion under Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 & Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 may be granted to the industry for additional production of Dyed yarn @ 1850 Mt/Year, making total production @ 4350 Mt/Year subject to the suitable conditions and additional that the industry shall obtain revise consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 as well authorization under Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016 before commissioning of project</span></p>
