<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-IN" style="mso-ansi-language: EN-IN;">It is recommended that the Promoter be granted CTE (NOC) from pollution angle for the development of Industrial Plots @ 19 Number, Commercial Plots @ 3 number, SCO @ 21 Number and Bay Shops @ 19 Number for total area 94,494.7 sq.m. (23.35 acres) and built-up area 71,368.35 sq.m for one year, subject to the suitable conditions and additional conditions mentioned in the note of AEE.</span></p>
