<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">R/sir, the industry is using 50.0 KLD of water as trade effluent. Out of which, 25.0 KLD of water is being used in process water for blending purposes. Rest of 25.0 KLD of water is being used for washing (rinsing) of fresh bottles and re-used the the same after treatment through ETP. At the last, the industry is generating high TDS trade effluent @5.0 KLD, which is being discharged onto land for plantation after treatement through ETP installed by the industry. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 13.5pt; font-family: 'Segoe UI','sans-serif'; color: black;">Moreover, to verify the contents of the application, the industry was visited on 28.03.2023 and found complying with the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and the Air Act, 1981 and observed that the industry as well as its ETP was found in operation.</span></p>
