On scrutinizing the application and linking with record file of the industry it was observed as under:-
1. The industry will link CCTV cameras to the PPCB/CPCB server by 31-12-2021 and also link up the OCEMS with ETP & APCD with PPCB/CPCB server by 31-12-2021.
2. The industry is required to intimate regarding the increase in the value of gross fixed assets in compare to previous CA.
3. The industry was visited by this office on 27.03.2023 and 03.04.2023 and both times effluent samples were collected from outlet to plantation result of the same are awaited in this office. You are hereby advised to submit sampling reports in this office
4. The industry is required to submit record of fresh water intake, effluent generation and effluent treatment so as to check the fresh water/effluent balance.
Clarify within 02 days.
