In the present case, the industry has made agreement on 17.06.22 i.e in between date 11.09.20 and 09.02.2023. The CETP operator could not made these agreement in between these dates i.e. on 17.06.2022. </span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.3in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">4.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">CETP operator has not developed any mechanism of providing data regarding the balance capacity and data regarding the balance capacity has not being provided by the CETP operator to this office. No comments can be given regarding the balance capacity available with JBR now.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="margin-left: 0.3in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">5.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">It is submitted that the industry is required to apply varied NOC for changing from orange to red category . However ,the industry has applied CTO under the red category and in this case the industry has deposited NOC regularization fees and in general practice in most of the offices that the industry get regularized after depositing NOC fees.</span></p>
<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left: 0.3in; text-align: justify; text-indent: -0.25in;"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">6.<span style="font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-kerning: auto; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-feature-settings: normal; font-variation-settings: normal; font-stretch: normal; font-size: 7pt; line-height: normal; font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;"> The industry has installed automatic Zinc Plating plant, which was not in operation during visit. The industry has not yet started running this plant. The industry has provided water meter for this plant. During the visit, the representative of the industry informed that they have once done the trial run for the automatic Zinc Plant and effluent generated from this is lying in the collection tanks.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left: 0.05in; text-align: justify;"><a name="_Hlk131697095"></a><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 17.12px; font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif;">. </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">In view of above, it is recommended that </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">either</span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> the </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">SCN for refusal of CTO under the provisions of the Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 may </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">be issued to the industry </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">or application of the industry may be returned with the request to industry to submit the </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;"> </span><span style="font-family: 'Bookman Old Style', serif; font-size: 12pt;">revised agreement with CETP operator mentioning the balance capacity.</span></p> |
