<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Kindly peruse the agenda note and recommendation given by RO . It is intimated that the CETP was CTE dated 03.10.2017, valid till 02.10.2018 for setting up of CETP of capacity 5 MLD (2 MLD in Ist phase for present requirement & 3 MLD in the 2nd phase for future requirement) to treat the trade effluent generated from various pharmaceutical industries and STP of capacity 1 MLD for the treatment of wastewater generated from Vill. Saidpura and Haripur Hinduan, at Khasra No. 19/21, 20/24, 20/25, 28/4, 28/5, 28/6 and 28/7 of Village Saidpura, Tehsil Dera Bassi, Distt. SAS Nagar. The CETP will be ZLD in nature and only domestic effluent will be discharged onto land for plantation. The project proponent has proposed to install Briquettee and Biogas fired Boiler furnace of capacity 6 TPH with Cyclone Separator as APCD and DG set of capacity 725 KVA and the further CTE was extended 2/10/22. </span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Now SPV has applied fresh CTE.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"> As per the report given by EE RO. The Undersigned opinion is that CETP would not be complete/commissioned by 30/6/23. So the SVP does not make the compliance with the hearing decision as before the Chairman Sir dated 25/7/22 well as SPV does not complete the work directly propionate the part chart submitted by it. The SPV does not comply with the direction made by the Hon’ble National Green Tribunal, New Delhi at the time disposed of OA no. 33/2013. titled as Karnail Singh & Ors. V/s CPCB & Ors., OA no. 30/2013 titled as Jai Singh & Ors. V/s Union of India & Ors with OA no. 101/2020 titled as Suhail Dhurani V/s State of Punjab and OA no. 164/2020 Satinder Mohan Singh Grover & Ors. V/s Central Pollution Control Board & Ors vide orders dated 25/2/2021.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Further, it is intimated that the previous violation matter has already been processed through the e-office 74468 and action is under process.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">May if approved SCN for refusal CTE be given an opportunity personal hearing before the Chairman Sir to SPV (SEPL, MGEPL, and Ramky Environment Services Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad )as well as pursue the progress of the CETP, and SPV to explain its position and why not made the progress propionate with the pert chart submitted by it.</span></p>
