<p style="text-align: justify;">As discussed, as per Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises notification dated 01.06.2020, a small scale enterprise, where the investment in plant and machinery or equipment does not exceed ten crore rupess and turnover does not exceed fifty crore rupess. But, RO has reported that <span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">the cost of plant & machinery of the unit is Rs.605.26 lac and the </span><span style="background-color: #ffffff; color: #5d5d5d; font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; text-align: justify;">industry falls under medium scale orange category. </span></p>
