<p>Sir, the Competent Authority of the Board has approved to grant Consent to Operate to the said unit and directrions to restore the electric connection after taking legal opinion in the matter. The case has already been forwarded through E-office to Senior Law officer of the Board on 03.04.2023 to get legal opinion in the matter as asked by the Competent Authority. It is pertinent to mention here that said RMC plant is a greent category industry and the consent case is pending for more than 30 days with the Board.
