<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 103.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that, the industry is a small<span style="color: red;"> </span>scale orange category printing unit and the industry has applied for fresh of consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 and Air Act, 1981 for production of </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; mso-bidi-language: PA;">Printed Clothes @ 30000 Number/day</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';"> with generation of trade effluent @ 4.5 KLD and reusing the same after treatment through ETP and disposal of domestic effluent @ 1.0 KLD into sewer</span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">. The industry has deposit </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Rs. 1,66,600/- vide R. No. 421216600 dated 28.03.2023 under Rs. 1,50,300/- Water Act, 1974, Rs. 5000/- as VDS fee, Rs. 10,800/- as NOC regularization fee & Rs. 500/- as application form fee and Rs. 1,55,300/- vide R no. 348779947 dated 28.03.2023 under Rs. 1,50,300/- Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 and</span> <span style="font-size: 12pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: Tahoma, 'sans-serif';">Rs. 5000/- as VDS fee, which are valid </span><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';">upto 30.06.2031 under both acts.</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-indent: 103.5pt; line-height: 150%;"><em><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">It is intimated that the Board vide office order no. 394 dated 21.11.2022 has announced Voluntary Disclosure Scheme (VDS), as per which "Under the scheme the industries/institutes/other establishment have to deposit consent fee w.e.f. 01.11.2018 or from the date of the commissioning of the unit (whichever is later). In case the industry is operating before 01.11.2018, the industry shall deposit one time notional fee amounting to Rs. 5000/-." As per the scheme the consent fee submitted by the industry under both Acts is adequate upto 30.06.2031.</span></em></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">The industry was visited by officer of this office on 04.04.2023 and observed as under:-</span></p>

<p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle" style="text-align: justify; line-height: 150%;"><span style="font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 150%; font-family: 'Tahoma','sans-serif';">In view of above, it is recommended that :-</span></p>
