The application of the industry has been scrutinized and it is observed as under: 1.The cost of land is not added in the CA certificate . 2. The cost of plant & machinery has decreased from previous CA which needs clarification. 3. The previous application was returned due to following reason : The unit is covered under non-attainment city of Mandi Gobindgarh. The said unit is using FO as fuel in its boiler furnaces and required to be shifted from FO to PNG or cleaner fuel i.e. PNG/CNG/LSHS. The industry has now submitted that it is using wood and LDO in its boiler which needs clarification . Also needs to clarify that new boiler has been installed for such fuels . You are requested to clarify the said observations within 2 days. |
