<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">In view of above, it is recommended that the industry may be granted short term consent to operate under Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 <span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>and Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 for 6 months till 30.09.2023 subject to special conditions as under:</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">1) The industry will provide water meter on the pipeline carrying MEE concentrate and will maintain record.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">2) The industry will maintain record of fresh water consumption in the process, utilities etc.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">3) The industry shall not manufacture Hexa Methyl Di Silazane without installing proper & adequate alkali scrubber to control emissions from manufacturing process of this product.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">4) The industry will do color coding of the pipelines.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">5) The industry will take steps to ensure compliance of the SOP framed by the Central Pollution Control Board for the recovery of spent solvent, during this period.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph;">6) The industry will store the hazardous waste in HDPE bags only, do proper marking on the bags and will get the hazardous waste lifted to the TSDF, Numbua regularly.</p>
