It was granted consent to operate under Water Act, 1974 upto 31.3.2023.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">Now the industry has applied for renewal ‘Consent to Operate’ under Water Act, 1974.</span></p>
<p class="ydp8b25cf8eyiv6589084485ydp48a32f10msonormal" style="margin: 0in; text-align: justify; background: white;"><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;">The fee submitted by the industry is adequate upto 31.3.2028. The industry was visited by AEE and EE of Regional office on 3.4.2023 and verified details given below:-</span></p>

The water consumption, trade effluent generation and lifting by CETP operator was checked in accordance with production and was found in order. The details are attached by EE, RO in his note dated 5.4.2023. No outlet was found from the industry into sewer for trade effluent.</span></p>
